Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any MEEDTV service. This policy explains when refunds may be considered and
how to submit a request.

1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please create a support ticket in our Support section and include:
- Your order/payment reference (if available)
- The service plan purchased (e.g., 1 month / 3 months / 12 months)
- The device/app you used (Smart TV / Android / iOS / MAG / etc.)
- A clear explanation of the issue and any screenshots (if applicable)
Refund requests must be clear and reasonable. We may ask for additional details to verify the issue.
2. Before You Buy
We strongly recommend requesting a trial (test) account before purchasing a long-term subscription.
The trial exists so you can verify quality, compatibility, and performance on your network and devices.
If you are not satisfied during the trial period, please do not purchase a long-term service.
3. Acceptable Reasons
A refund may be considered in situations such as:
- You cannot use the service due to verified technical issues that are caused by the service itself.
- Your internet speed is too slow to stream reliably and you want to stop before continuing usage.
- A verified billing/payment error occurred (see Section 5).
4. What’s Not Covered
MEEDTV provides support 24/7, but refunds are generally not provided for:
- Issues caused by your device, IPTV app, or incorrect setup on your side
- Lack of experience installing IPTV (please follow our setup tutorials)
- Problems caused by VPN/proxy/ad blockers, ISP restrictions, or unstable home networks
- Incompatibility with an unsupported device/app
Please make sure you follow the setup tutorials and contact support for help before requesting a refund.
5. Wrong Plan / Payment Mistake
If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan (for example, you intended to buy 3 months but paid for 12 months),
you may request a correction by submitting a support ticket.
Our support team will review your request and may offer a refund or a plan adjustment where possible.
6. Time Limits
Refund eligibility depends on the amount of usage and the time since activation.
As a general rule, if the service has been active and used for an extended period, refunds may be refused.
If a subscription has significantly progressed or expires soon after activation, the refund request may not be accepted.
7. Review & Decision
Each refund request is reviewed case-by-case. We reserve the right to approve or deny a refund request based on
verification results, service usage, and the circumstances described in your ticket.
